Call for papers
The call for papers process is now closed. If your abstract has been approved for presentation and publication as a paper please refer to the formatting requirements below.

Official Languages
The official language of the conference is English. The copy must be presented in English to a publishing standard. If your work is being translated please ensure that it is thoroughly copy read prior to submission.

A translation service will not be provided at the Conference, therefore, presentations must be made in English.

Submitting a paper
Please ensure that your paper is displayed in the following order:

– Title
– Authors and Affiliations
– Abstract
– Main Sections
– Conclusions
– References

Use of Photographs and Figures
All photographs and figures must be supplied as Black and White or Greyscale at 300dpi and saved in jpeg format only. Number photographs and figures consecutively in the order in which references are made in the text. The number reference and title should appear directly below the photograph or figure, align left on the page, in upper and lower case type.

Use of Equations
All equations should be prepared using the editor programme in Word and placed into your document at the relevant point.

Number equations consecutively in the order they appear in your proceedings.

Use of Tables
All tables must be placed under the text they apply to and be numbered consecutively with a brief heading.
